Latest Impact Factor for AME Case Reports: 0.6

We are pleased to announce that AME Case Reports (ACR) has obtained its latest impact factor for the 2025 citation year: 0.6 (Figure 1).

The impact factor, as published in the annual Journal Citation Reports (JCR), is a calculation determined based on the number of citations accumulated in 2025 for articles published in 2023 and 2024.

AME Case Reports (ACR, AME Case Rep, Online ISSN: 2523-1995) is published by AME Publishing Company, with support from Wolters Kluwer (the journal content will be made available on Wolters Kluwer Health’s Lippincott and Ovid platforms). It is an open access, peer-reviewed online journal publishing original and educationally valuable case reports in all medical disciplines. ACR has been indexed by PubMed/PubMed Central (PMC) and Web of Science [Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI)]. The journal aims to provide clinical information on common and rare cases for healthcare professionals, researchers and others.

AME Case Reports publishes case reports under the following categories: surgery, oncology, pulmonology, cardiology and cardiovascular systems, gastroenterology and hepatology, nephrology, neurology, paediatrics, otorhinolaryngology, critical care medicine, dermatology, emergency medicine, endocrinology and metabolism, geriatrics and gerontology, haematology, immunology, infectious diseases and tropical medicine, medical disorders in pregnancy, medical ophthalmology, palliative medicine, pharmacology and pharmacy, psychiatry, radiology, nuclear medicine, and medical imaging, rheumatology, sports medicine and allergy.

The announcement of the journal’s latest impact factor is a significant achievement for the journal, allowing us to further develop the journal into a high-impact respected source of information with international reach. We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our editorial team members, guest editors, authors, and reviewers for their significant contributions.

We are also pleased to share the latest impact factors of all journals published under AME Publishing Company (Table 1).

  • 37 AME journals received a Journal Impact Factor (JIF) this year, with three journals receiving their first JIF
  • 12 journals have one or more categories ranked in Q1 or Q2
